Cancer risk in primary sclerosing cholangitis (PSC)

Hepatocellular carcinoma: 0.3%-2.8% lifetime incidence

Gallbladder carcinoma: 1%-3.5% lifetime incidence (10x general population)

Cholangiocarcinoma: up to 20% lifetime incidence (400x-1500x general population)

Colorectal cancer: 20-30% lifetime incidence in PSC-IBD (10x risk general population, 4x risk over UC)
